Ingredients:-
- 1 cup of suji
- 1 cup of curd
- 1 tsp fruit salt (eno)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2-3 curry leaves
- 2 tbsp roasted cashew
- 2 dry red chillies
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- water if required
- salt to taste.
Method:-
- Mix all ingredients together with water form a thick batter.
- Pour into microwave safe idli moulds.
- Microwave at 500w for 10 minutes.
- serve sambhar , coconut and imli chutney.
