Today I show you a the perfect lunch for losing weight and building muscles.
Good option for every one who places value on healthy diet.
This protein salad is healthy, super delicious and easy to make.
I didn't prepare this salad just for me.
So please take the quantities you need.
Let's dive into it :)
Of course you need salad.
Whatever kind you like
1 whole cucumber
250g of Champignons
I roasted my champignons.
Yes they have to be that dark!!! :D:D
1 paprika
2 tomatoes
1 egg ( I had one left from my breakfast)
Interim result, looks already delicious, doesn't it?
And the most important one for our GAINS - chicken breast
I used 1 whole kg. You can say I had chicken breast with salad, instead salad with chicken breast haha
I love it!
I couldn't wait, so I have already eaten the half of the chicken breast before it reached the salad bowl :D
The end result
For dressing I used:
water, a little bit of whipping cream, special salad spices, pinch of salt
Use whatever you like to but don't put too much calories into it. You don't want to destroy the healthy dish.
It was very delicious and I felt my muscles growing ;-) ;-)
