My lunch today.😉 Mushrooms stuffed with sun dried tomato & kale, topped with pine nuts. So easy and so tasty. All you need are just 3 ingredients and about 15 minutes preparation time.
Its totally vegan dish but Im sure everyone would be pleased with it.

3 INGREDIENTS SUN DRIED TOMATO & KALE MUSHROOMS
4 button mushrooms
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
1 handful of kale leaves
Add a little oil to a medium hot pan and saute your kale and sun dried tomatoes for about 2min. Add little sea salt and pepper. Remove the pan from the heater and place the veggies in a bowl. Now take the mushrooms and saute them for 2 min. After that pour the filling and the nuts on the mushrooms. Serve warm!
