Blueberry Juice
Ingredients:
Blueberry Half cup
Apple half
celery single stalk
Beetroot quarter
Method:
Make a juice of all ingredients.
Add ice to chill.
Benefits:
As the drink contain healthy ingredients so it become very healthy and tasty as well. All essential nutrients like iron, Vitamin C, Mg, vitamin K and others are present in it. It contains not that much calories so suitable for all. You may also add anything which you want in a juice like cucumber.
