Ingredients for 4 people:
dried tomatoes 150 g;
pine nuts 20 g;
almonds 50 g;
garlic clove;
Extra virgin olive oil to taste;
pepper to taste;
some basil leaf;
toasted bread crumbs 50 g
spaghetti (the most suitable are those large) 350 g
Procedure:
Put raw all the ingredients in the mixer, with the exception of the crumb.
Toast in a pan bread crumbs.
Cook the spaghetti, drain them and pass them along to the sauce in the pan, then pour the toasted breadcrumbs and serve.
