1 rack of baby back ribs
1/4 cup salt

Preparation-
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F
In a medium mixing bowl mix all dry ingredients together thoroughly
Next, turn the ribs over meat side down and peel the membrane off the back, if you don't know how to do this ask the butcher at the grocery store to help you.
Now, take your bowl of dry rub and generously rub on both sides of the ribs
Next, wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet and bake for 2 hours
After baking for 2 hours remove the foil from the ribs and place the ribs back on the baking sheet. Increase the oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Rub the ribs with the BBQ sauce and bake for an additional ten minutes. Remove from oven, baste with sauce and bake for another 10 minutes, complete this step 3 more times until you reach 50 minutes total.
Remove from oven and let cool 15 minutes, serve with additional sauce and enjoy!
