Health is wealth!
It's no meat + Friday + for caths and I just made a smoothie for dinner.
But wait, is it enough? I guess so. I ate a lot earlier today so this will be enough.
INGREDIENTS
Oatmeal
(fiber + protein + absorbs oils and cholesterol in the body)honey

Here's how you make it
Without words, it's easy!
To be honest I didn't measure anything precisely. I just put according to how much I think it needs. For the oatmeal though, I put one cup and a little more.
I put ice not to drink it with this but to blend it once it's all mixed. So it chills down and you can drink it cold.
