Recipe Seasoning Sate padang
Ingredients :
¼ kg peanuts, fried and puree
5 cloves garlic puree
• 5 cloves of red onion puree
• ½ liter of water
• Salt to taste
• Pepper powder to taste
• 100 ml of sweet soy sauce
• 1 orange leaf
• 4 pieces of red pepper puree
• Sugar to taste
How to make :
Cut the meat and stab with a skewer
Cook the spices that have been in the puree with water, sweet soy sauce, lime leaves, salt and pepper until cooked and boiling.
Take enough spice beans and then add with sweet soy sauce.after flattening on the surface of the meat, let stand for a moment so that the seasoning permeates.
Baked satay while occasionally in lumuri with spices spread.
Serve the satay with the peanut sauce and add a complement such as pickles, lime slices and tomato slices.
