A special highlight of our Málaga vacation was the visit to the La Luz de Candela, a gourmet restaurant where excellent Mediterranean dishes are created from local products.
La Luz de Candela offers a quiet, cozy atmosphere, where the owners themselves serve the meals in an extremely friendly and courteous manner.
In this "slow food" restaurant (self-description - I like this subtle protest against our fast-moving times ...) everything is centered around relishing one's food, divided into several small but delicious portions - and as you will see right away, we were by no means disappointed:

Ein besonderes Highlight unseres Málaga-Urlaubs war der Besuch des La Luz de Candela, ein Feinschmeckerrestaurant, wo aus lokalen Produkten ganz hervorragende mediterrane Gerichte kreiert werden.
La Luz de Candela bietet eine ruhige, gemütliche Atmosphäre, wobei die Inhaber selbst äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend die Mahlzeiten servieren.
In diesem "slow food"-Restaurant (Selbstbezeichnung - mir gefällt dieser subtile Protest gegen unsere schnelllebige Zeit ...) dreht sich alles darum, sein Essen, aufgeteilt in mehrere kleine aber köstliche Portionen, wirklich zu genießen - und wie ihr gleich sehen könnt, wurden wir keineswegs enttäuscht:

As a bonus, together with the bill we got a little bit of sweet Málaga wine.
