Good Evening Dear Steemians, Today I am sharing with you one of my favorite Food Recipe, yes it is Biryani.
Biryani is a very famous dish in south Asia, especially in Pakistan and India. People of Pakistan love biryani, we eat it almost every week. It is like our national dish. There are different kind of biryanis like Sindhi biryani, delhi biryani etc but today I am sharing with you Beef Masala Biryani. Well in my country we eat biryani in every occasions like Eid, marriage and birthday parties.
Ingredients
Beef: 1 kg, Rice 1 kilogram, Salt: as per taste, Onion: 2 medium, Tomatoes: 5 medium, Yogurt one cup, Green Chillies 6 to 8 pcs, Ginger Garlic Paste 2tps, Kewra few drops, Coriander Powder 1 tablespoon, Red Pepper 2 tablespoons, Green Chillies 6 to 8 pcs, Mint 1 bunch, Yellow Food Coloring, Green Coriander.
Instructions.
Heat oil in a pan put onions in it, cook until it turns a little bit of brown, then put tomatoes in it and cook until the oil is separated from water, then add all the other ingredients in it , add beef in it and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until gravy become dry and thick,
On the other hand boil water in a pan and put rice in it and boil in for five minutes, remove the water of rice in strainer than.
Place the layer of beef Masala in a pan and then cover it with rice layer and cover the pan, cook it for 20 to 30 minutes at low flame. your biryani is ready to serve.
