I am currently ordering a chicken joy bucket im Jollibee. The line is very long, an indication that this fast food chain was well-lover by Filipinos.
Aside from the delicious food they offer, friendly employees and not so so expensive meals, I think the key to their success is how do they advertise their product. Kids, teens, married couples, and aged people were hooked by their products. They were advertised carefully.
They also had a cool and wide place to cater large volumes lf customers dining in. With the similar structure of all Jollibee chains, it can easily be remembered and will make them (me too) come back again.
