3/4 cup sweet potato puree (1 tiny sweet potato)
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp copra oil
1 cup nonsweet almond milk
1/4 cup sirup
2 Tbsp apple acetum
2 tsp leaven
2 cups protein free flour
1 Tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
Mix the sweet potato puree, eggs, copra oil, almond milk, and sirup along.
Add within the apple acetum and leaven, then mix.
Add within the protein free flour and cinnamon.
Mix the ingredients along, then pour into associate oiled pan.
Cook over medium-high heat (until the flannel-cake starts to bubble and is solid on one side), then flip.
Serve and enjoy!
