Today I met with some friends from the university, one of them came from Spain. We decided to go to a restaurant called "Barra Marina" to chat a little. One of the specialties of the Peruvian food, is the sea food, the one that stands out more among them: the ceviche.
But in this occasion, I did not order ceviche exactly, but a fusion between ceviche and another very good dish called "causa". The causa, whose main ingredient is potato and aji amarillo, is an excellent option to start or to accompany. To complete the dish, they added on top of the causa a few seafood chicharon.
