Cooking is something that I really like to do and although I would say that my specialty is desserts, I have a lot of fun trying new recipes for dishes in general.
Today I want to share what my lunch was.
This is extremely simple and ideal for when it causes you to eat something different but that is quick to prepare.
Ingredients
- Arabic bread
- Meat
- Sauce
- Tomato
- Lettuce
- cheese
The amount of each ingredient will depend
on how much dishes you want to prepare.
Plus you can substitute them all for what you prefer
Preparation
Step 1
The first thing is to cook the meat. You should chop it into small pieces and season it to your liking using the spices you want.
Step 2
Once you have ready the meat you can prepare the sauce that you spread to the bread. In this case I prepared a very simple adding mayonnaise, tomato sauce, mustard, pepper, cumin and little salt.
Step 3
The next step is to wash the lettuce and tomato well, chop them and add salt to taste to add them to our plate.
I added pieces of cheese to add a little flavor to the salad.
The last thing is to assemble our bread. Take the Arab bread and heat it. Then the sauce that we prepare is placed and the meat is placed with the lettuce, the tomato and the cheese. When we have inside the quantity we want, it is wrapped with the Arab bread, like a burrito.
And ready! To eat has been said!
