Another leftover ideas for snacking. This time, coffe lover might love it. Have some leftover bread then I think to make it over some new snack; Pudding+Coffee+Bread. I always make snack with the stuff I have. I share you my recipe.
You need:
- 1 sachet Jelly Powder (Seaweed)
- 200 gr sugar
- 800 cc water
- 1 sachet Cappucino
- Leftover bread
Steps:
- Pour jelly powder into the pan.
- Pour instan cappucino.
- Add in sugar and add the water, stir well.
- Heat (until it bubbles up).
- Sprinkle bread in the mold.
- Pour the the jelly stew spoon by spoon.
- Store in the fridge.
Serve.
