Hi steemians! I am not a chef but I love to 'cake'. Making kitchen experiment is fun but sometimes will end up in two possibilities; succeed or fail. This time I made cupcakes with oranges juice and add some tapioca (cassava) flour. I have known that tapioca flour has liquid like texture. I was just so curious to make it into cakes and it didn't work so well. Just share you my photos this time.

Everything was fine with the batter.
It was more beautiful when baking.
They were cracking well.
But it went flat after baking.
It tastes delicious anyway, just a little dense inside. Well, at least my 'caking' curiosity with tapioca flour was paid off. :D
