Believe me it's not a food name. If it's long and round it is called spaghetti. If it's long and flat it's called fettuccine. Well, as long as it is made from flour, the Acehnese will call it noodles for whatever its kind. Why am I talking about noodles? Yeah, because that's what I cooked my boys the other day. Mie is what we call it for noodles. I went to the supermarket and just saw this different kind of noodles, so I bought it. I don't even know what this noodles called. It slightly looks like Mie Tiaw but it is made from wheat. The important thing is, it is on the food rack so it's edible. :D
So let's rock my disco kitchen again y'all!
Ingredients:
- Mie cap Harimau
- Mie Aceh paste
- Mushroom
- Lettuce
- Union
- Spring union
- Celery
- Salt
- Soy sauce
Instructions:
- Soak the noodle in shimmered water for two minutes set a side.
- Fry the union then add in Mie Aceh paste
- Add in mushroom, lettuce and stir for a while.
- Enter the noodle and stir.
- Add in soy sauce and salt, stir thoroughly let the spice sink in.
- Serve.
So yum and delicious. We can't just avoid eating this noodles. Wanna get some? :)
