Method of preparation:
- Wash the rice, boil in a little water.

- Onions finely chop.

- Carrots grate on a coarse grater.

- Carefully blend the onion, mince, carrot, salt, and pepper. 7-8 minutes to fry in butter with tomato sauce.

- From bell peppers, remove the seeds, pour over boiling water.

- With the teaspoon lay the prepared filling into the peppers, put in a pan, pour water, add tomato sauce,cook on low heat with covered lid for 30-40 minutes.
