This attractive Red Velveg cake was taken at Golden Pot Restaurant in Palao, Iligan City. This cake has red on its name because of the natural red color resulting from the reaction of acidic vinegar and buttermilk which exposes the red anthocyanin in cocoa that makes the cake moist and fluffy.
