On this occasion
I would like to share traditional aceh food from the raw materials of glutinous rice.
- Bu lukat (black sticky rice)
This is Bu lukat adang or black sticky rice.How to make by way of steamed as much
twice that is first rice
in the steamed until cooked,
Once cooked the rice in
Give thick coconut milk and
A little salt is then on
Steam back until the water boils up and ready to serve.
- Boh rom-roum
Boh rom-roum is made
From the sticky rice flour and banana with the coconut stuffing in it and then fried until cooked.
- Bu lukat teugeunton
Bu lukat teugeunton is glutinous rice which is overlapped with a layer of dough
Flour Hunkuwe or jali-jali on it.
This is just the simplest food from Aceh.
