Just about anything is better when you wrap it in bacon & hotdogs are no exception. These are pretty easy to put together & really go a long ways towards elevating the lowly hot dog to high-class cuisine.
Begin by wrapping each dog in a slice of bacon, attaching the bacon with toothpicks. Get your grill ready:
Get 'em on the grill, crack a cold one and turn 'em every now & again.
When the bacon is crispy, they're ready for the plate.
Serve 'em with whatever you like. I favor either some chili & cheese or ketchup laced with Tabasco sauce & some diced onion. (If you're a food critic who thinks that only yellow mustard is appropriate for hot dogs, spare me please. In my kitchen, it's my rules.)
