Ingredients:
3 liters of milk
1 liter of serum.

Preparation:
Step 1:
In a pot or deep pan we begin to boil the cow's milk on a low heat for 15 minutes, then we add serum
Step 2:
When the milk obtains the thick viscosity it is removed from the candle, the curd is added and salt is added to the taste

STEP 3:
Then we put the milk again in the candle and begin to mix with two wooden pallets to the point that is like a rubber.
STEP 4:
We proceed to pass the mixture of the pan to a table and with a wooden board they begin to tighten it so that the highest possible whey comes out, there it starts to chop and pack to the client's taste in molds arepero or per kilo.
