INGREDIENTS:
Bun - 2 pieces
Ham - 40 g
Greens-to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Egg - 2 PCs
Cheese - 60 g
Herbs of Provence to taste
PREPARATION:
1.Cut off the top half of the bun. The crumb is not useful.
2.Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. Cut the ham into thin strips. Mix the ham and most of the cheese (leave a little to sprinkle on top of rolls) with chopped greens, herbs, a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper. To the mixture you can add a spoonful of sour cream, mustard, or any additions to taste (olives, spices, etc.)
3.Fill biscuits with filling and well compacted it, that there is a place for the egg.
4.Smash into each muffin on the egg. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in preheated to 180 º C oven for 12-15 minutes or until done eggs.
