INGREDIENTS:
Strawberry - 980 g
Pudding vanilla - 100 g
Coffee - 2 cups (cooked)
Cookie biscuit - 85 g (Savoiardi)
Milk - 1.5 cups
Mascarpone cheese - 225 g
Whipped cream - 2 cups
Dark chocolate - 170 g
COOKING:
- All the strawberries in addition to 1 (for decoration) slice.
2.Dilute the mixture to pudding in milk, leave for 2 minutes, and then refrigerate for 2 minutes.
3.In the bowl of a mixer beat mascarpone cheese until the consistency of cream. Pour 2 tablespoons of coffee, pudding and whipped cream.
4.Right before transfer the cookies to soak it in coffee. Put 1/3 of cookies on bottom of large salad bowl with a flat bottom.
5.Close the first layer 1/3 strawberries, grated chocolate and mascarpone mixture.
6.Thus put the rest of the layer 2, the latter must be mascarpone and grated chocolate. Decorate with remaining strawberries. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
