Figs and grapes are my favorite fruits.
There are many kinds of figs, but my favorite is a sort of fig "Black". What is it tasty mmmmmmmm ...)))

You can eat figs in the autumn. So today, I will prepare a dish from figs.
The recipe is very simple, you can cook this delicious and healthy dish in a few minutes.
Let's proceed ...
We need:
Figs - 6 pieces
Soft Ricotta cheese (can any other soft cheese use)
Mint to taste
Walnut to taste.
For sauce:
Honey -2-3 teaspoons
Olive oil - 2-3 teaspoons
A mixture of Italian herbs
You can also drink lemon juice, but in this case I do not use it.
Cut the figs into 4 parts, but not to the bottom. We make from figs such a beautiful flower))
Take the soft Ricotta cheese and lay it with the middle of our flower from figs.
Make the honey sauce:
2 tsp. olive. mixed with 2 tsp oil. honey and add a mixture of Italian herbs.
Sprinkle with honey sauce our figs.
Put the figs in the baking dish and put them in the oven. Bake at a temperature of 180-200C for about 10 minutes.
We take the figs of their oven. You can add walnuts and mint leaves. Top with a little honey sauce, and "powder" a mixture of Italian herbs.
