I made large size macarons to make macaron ice cream sandwiches!
Chewy soft macaron wish rich creamy ice cream, lots of tangy sweet fresh black cherries and hint of orange marmalade and nutty nuttela chocolate!
You can enjoy one bite of layers of happiness :D
Just try to have a bite, I bet you will have a smile on your face! I can grantee you, you will have a smile and say OMG....then laugh!

When you make something special like this, always use the best quality ingredient, especially for ice cream!
Macaron is my favorite french sweets but trust me it was very hard to make them!
I failed many times but I finally got the hang of it! I needed to dry them longer, so the macarons can have nice fringe around them!
I used Nutella for regular macaron fillings!
What is your favorite Macarons? Mine is nutty delicious pistachio!
