INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 Cabbage (brussels cabbage).
- 4 medium carrots.

- 4 Sweet pepper

PREPARATION:
After washing all the vegetables, the cabbage, carrots and potatoes are chopped in julienne. then chopped coriander, chives, sweet pepper and onions.
In a pan, place 200 ml of water approximately three minutes with the onion, onion and sweet pepper; then add the remaining vegetables, the cube and salt to taste. Cover and let it cook for about ten minutes.
