For this week challenge I'd like to make puff "Fish" with mackerel

a puff yeast dough
carrot 1 pc
onion 1 pc
species ( salt, pepper)
Cut the onion and carrot. Divide mackerel into 2 halves , remove the bones and skin.
Fry the onion and carrot.
Roll out dough. Divide into two halves.
On the first half put the onion and carrot, then the fish fillet, then a layer of onion and carrot.
Cover with second half of dough. Making "fish".
Grease the beaten egg and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes
