For this week challenge I will show you how to make "mad" pasta
For this recipe we will need :
spaghetti 200 g
tomatos 500 g
parmesan cheese 100 g
garlic 2 cloves
chili pepper 1pcs
red onion 1pcs
salt
olive oil 30 g
First we need to cut onion into thin half-rings and finely cut chili.
Then we heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the onion, garlic and pepper. Fry until golden brown onions
Tomatoes are scalded with boiling water, remove the peel, cut into cubes .
Add to the onions, cook over low heat for 15 minutes
Rub the cheese on a fine grater and add half the sauce. Add salt to taste. Turn off the heat and quickly stir
Cooked al dente spaghetti with sauce mix. Spread on a plate and sprinkle with the remaining cheese
