Good morning world.
today is my first day back into adopting a ketogenic diet, I've designed my meals to move me past the discomfort of keto flu quickly. copy my meals for best result, comment with questions and ideas for ingredient substitutions as unfortunately, not everyone will have accuses to these ingredients :[
meal 1
time:
less than 5 minutes
ingredients with links where i buy them:
1 scoop of unsweetened green powder
1 scoop of C8 Caprylic Acid MCT oil
sweeten with stevia glycerite or erythritol
mix in with some water and drink.
it tastes surprisingly pleasant.
this sets my body up for ketosis, burning my fat cells for fuel.
This will be my only meal until dinner for today :)
after I am doing posting, I am going to go to the gym and do some basic workouts which I will talk about more in detail in future posts.
