To make it more effective you can employ affirmations to reprogram you mind into embracing your body. Every day you should love yourself more by not comparing but a genuine love. To achieve this, avoid comparing yourself with the airbrushed models on magazines or any other close relation.
Additionally, gratitude is the best strategy to stop focusing on your flaws but your strong areas regardless how minor they are.
Finally, when you embrace your body and everything you are, you will be in control it to take the shape and size. And of course, the size and the shape you desire should not be based on the ideals set by the society, but what your intuition tells you. Try it!
