Choc banana muffins with coconut and chia !
Great school snack for kids lunch boxes !
3 very over ripe bananas
Coconut flour ( or normal self raising )
3 scoops of Choc F1 protein powder
Chia seeds
Shredded Coconut
2 eggs
Milk for cake batter consistency ( I didn't use much as the bananas make it quite wet ! )
Bake until firm on 180
