We had a full house for dinner at our Marikina house the day before my Mom's 60th birthday, so there was quite a substantial spread. For starters we had oysters from Dagupan which we dipped in a sauce done only in Meycauayan, Bulacan, my Lola's hometown. The bufffet featured Steamed Fish with Rainbow Dressing, one of our favorite comfort foods, Binabad, fried marinated pork from Cabanatuan, Lasagna, authentic Gulay na Lada (Bicol Express) from Camalig, Albay and a Lettuce & Watercress Salad with 3 dressings. Everything was delicious!
