Foods are very important to us because it's our source of strength. We need to eat so that we will be energize especially to children who always waste their energy in playing. They rather eat fried chicken than eat veggies. I think it is because they don't know yet what is the meaning of being healthy and they always depend on the taste of the food they are eating. So how can we force them to eat veggies? Or let's say how can we let them eat what they want and eat veggies at the same time? Well, here's my version how. Since my nephew is really not friendly to veggies but a bestfriend of corned beef. I will now combine the powers of veggies and corned beef in my own way. Aside from being healthy, it's also very affordable.
Ingredients
- 1 can corned beef
- Cabbage
- Carrot
- 1 chopped onion and garlic
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Salt
- Monosodium glutamate
- oil
Procedure
Always prepare the ingredients.
Pre heat the pan and put a little amount of oil. Then, put the onion and garlic.
Next, put the corned beef and mix. Wait for 3 minutes
(add salt and monosodium glutamate)
Lastly, after you make sure of the taste, put in the mix cabbage and carrots. Wait for 5 minutes and TADAAAAA!!
