Ingredients:
12 dried tomatoes
3 peppers
2 onions
10 cl of cream 5%
25 cl of skimmed milk
1 potato (medium)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Pepper
Salt
Preparation:
Step 1
Fry the chopped onions in hot oil.
Step 2
Add the potato cut in 4.
Step 3
Cut the peppers (it is best to use canned peppers). Add to previous vegetables.
Step 4
Cook for 20 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 5
Add cream, milk, tomatoes (store 4 separately), salt and pepper.
Step 6
Mix everything and let it simmer.
Step 7
Put on the plates with each one a sliced dry tomato.

Possibility of serving with bread rubbed with garlic. Personally, it is very good alone.
