Saba Sushi
One thing you mostly won't be able to enjoy outside of Japan is Saba Sushi. (Saba is Mackerel). The Mackerel is put into vinegar to give it a sour taste. You can eat it with a bit Soysauce or without Soysauce, depending if you like a bit Soysauce taste or prefer just the Vinegar taste.
Japanese Sweetshop
Usually Saba Sushi costs around 2000-3000yen, but there is this one place which is selling Saba Sushi for 934Yen (only 9 USD). In my opinion it is much better than the expensive ones, and people come from Tokyo to Saitama to buy the Sushi there. I love Saba Sushi very much, and many people in Japan love it.
Did you ever try Saba Sushi ???
