When it gets cold a hot-stone Bibimbap is perfect
I like Korean food for its variety of starters (you usually get 5-10 free of charge starters). After you tried the starters you start thinking damn thats so good I don't need anything else ;)
Bibimbap and Bulgogi are my favorites but if you go to Seoul only Amateurs order meat dishes...
Korean starters are fantastic
10 Ingredients Bibimbap
Red Sticky-rice with egg
Korean Spicy Soup with Tofu
Hot-Stone Bibimbap
Korean Pancake (Nira Asian Vegetable)
And finally the Famous Korean CRAB!!!! (RESTAURANT)
So if you are a Korean Food expert you won't go to a Barbeque place. The real Connaisseurs know that CRAB is the real deal in Seoul. It is not cheap but the Korean way of preparing CRAB is very tasty and I totally love it. Can you see this Orange Crab Miso? You suck it out and it is so fantastic.... I could eat 10-20 of these crabs but my budget won't allow that ;) So 3 per person are usually the max...
I can recommend Restaurant Pro Ganjang Gejang Sinsa
Remember: If you go to Seoul find a CRAB place and don't concentrate on meat.. Meat is best in Japan anyways...
