Ingredients
- 1 large handle
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple frozen
- 250 ml of almond milk
- Goji berries
- Dry coconut
Preparation
Cut the fruit into cubes and freeze it. You can also add ice to the smoothie if you prefer not to freeze the fruit.
Put all the ingredients in the blender and beat until you get a liquid but creamy consistency. If you do not have almond milk, you can use coconut or rice milk.
Top your smoothie with some goji berries and some dried coconut slices for an exotic touch.
