Ingredients:
- 200 g cooked shrimp;
- 15-20 brussels sprouts;
- salt, pepper to taste;
- a couple lime wedges for serving;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- half of a jalapeno pepper.
Directions:
Wash and slice the brussels sprouts, garlic and jalapeno pepper. Set aside. On a medium heat fry up the shrimp until nice and sorta crispy. You can take it off the skillet if you think it will get overcooked, if you want. I didn't and thought it tasted just right in the end. You can either use your regular cooking oil or a sesame seed oil. I used a blend of sesame and olive oil. Add the brussels sprouts and cook for a few minutes until they are almost done, add in the sliced garlic and jalapeno.
Top it off with some sesame seeds, sriracha sauce, squeeze some lime juice and serve hot.
