※INGREDIENTS:
300g Pork Belly, Mirin, 1 Buldak-Bokkeum Myeon, Sugar, Red Pepper Powder, Soy Sauce, Water, Sesame Oil, Pepper, Mozzarella Cheese
※PREPARATION:
- Marinate 300g (3 strip) of pork belly in mirin for 10 minutes
- Combine buldak-bokkeum myeon seasoning sauce, 1 sugar, 2 red pepper powder, 1 water, 2 mirin, 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil, and little bit of pepper.
- Marinate pork belly with sauce.
- Take 3 Tbsp seasoning sauce for later use.
- Marinate pork belly with seasoning sauce.
- Cook marinated pork belly and cut it with scissor while cooking.
- Place pork belly into middle and add cooked noodle, left over seasoning sauce, 2 Tbsp noodle water and mix.
- Pour melted mozzarella cheese and buldak-bokkeum myeon’s powder and enjoy.
