I love mint, I am making these jelly candies to celebrate the oportunity I had to see the new platform of whaleshare. They are to easy to prepare and are very delicious, I hope you enjoy them.

• 3 cups of water

• 1 and 1/4 of sugar

• mint esence

• 4 drops of blue colorant

• 8 tablespoon of jelly without flavour

• in a pan place the water, sugar and the jelly

• bring to boil mixing it, turn off and cool

• add the colorant and the mint esscent

• place in an aluminum tray, cool it and put in the refrigerator till it jellifies

• when it sets, cut in the forms you wish and add sugar on top

Be careful with the quantity of esscent you use, start adding one drop till you feel it is enough, I used 4 drops.
