Karahi why and how
Chicken White Karahi is very expensive and most famous product in Fast food restaurants of Asia. If you have allergic to spices you can minimize them i am using some products that will enhance its flavour without chilli may be you wont like it much but we asian like more chilli products,But believe me its a amazing to taste and you will love to make it at Home. At a restaurant a White Karahi cost almost 10$ for 1 KG But if you make it at home you will Enjoy 2 KG in Just 5$ not above and home made food always more hygenic and I always use branded products while making food at Home.
Ingredients
Chicken Full
Amchoor Powder 1 Tbps
White pepper 2 Tbsp
Nestle Yogurt 250 Gram
Nestle Cream 200 Gram
BlueBand Butter 50 gram
Chilli Flakes 2 Tbsp
Soya Sauce 2 Tbps
Green Chilli 6 Pcs
Red chilli 3 Tbps
Onion 3 Pcs
TOmato 4 Pcs
Coriander 3 tpbs

First you have to peel onion and grind them in a machine or make them slices Put some oil in pan and put onions on them make them little golden brown,Add tomato mashed into it ,Then add Red chilli .Green Chilli , coriander ,and leave it for some time then add chicken into it add white pepper ,soya sauce,Chilli flakes,Amchoor powder and then butter ,Nestle Cream, Yogurt. Then leave it for at least 30 minute on medium flame/
Do not use high flame your chicken will become sticky and soggy or hard to eat.Low flame will enhance the effect and taste of white karahi and enrich flavour of cream and yogurt your dish will remain motorizing and creamy.
After 30 minute check if you the water has been soaked then Put it out of pan, Now time for garnishing add some ginger slices on them some green coriander and put some lemon juice on the surface of karahi the taste will be simply Amazing and delicious.
