I'm giving try to parsley smoothie for 5 days .. apparently it's very potent so after 5 days need to take a brake for 10 days.
Now I'm on day 3, I drink it before my sleep.. google say it helps u loose weight quickly so let's see ..
on day 3 I don't really see much diference

Ginger ( I put a lot till it burns )
