Eating Like God In South Germany
Today my mom and I have been out for lunch and have visited a really beautiful location. Kompf is a restaurant which is located in south germany and they have completly build it with parts from very old buildings.
The outside areal is huge and must be a blast in summer. Today we had around minus 8 degrees but as you can see goats have been out.
Beautiful entrance with lovely details.
Inside we have several different loctions for gatherings of all sizes.
If you need a table in the evening it is highly recommended to book it a few days before.
They are cooking a delicious mix between regional cuisine and mediterrane influences.

My mother ordered No3, the broccoli salmon pasta in coriander pesto with freshly sliced parmesan cheese
And I ordered No4, the boiled beef stew on fine apple and sea radish sauce with roasted potatoes and beetroot salad.
Conclusion: My boiled beef stew was incredible tender and melted direct on my tongue. The complete meal was so well harmonized that is has been a real pleasure and even the beetroot salad was delicous.
The Pasta has been very good too and my mom was really happy with her choice. The salomon was very fresh and coriander pesto mit the parmesam together have been a real culinary feast.
