It is a while I'm interested in green pepper marination.
A bit more delicate than the black one and far away less spicy than the red one, the green one is a must for the red meat.
Here in the photo you can see the marination of a beef steak with extra virgin olive oil, salt and dry rosemary.
I would like to create a ssuce of black pepper to put on the grill steak as I tasted in some restaurant in the past.
