For the Quesillo
INGREDIENTS;
1 condensed milk
5 eggs
2 cd of maizina (corn starch)
1 bottle of liquor
1 can of pineapple in syrup
PREPARATION;
-In a blender put condensed milk, eggs, corn, liquor and only use the syrup of pineapples (one cup) liquefy and reserve.
The pineapple will be used in the cake and in the mold.
For the Cake
INGREDIENTS;
1/2 cup of butter
1/2 tza of sugar
3 eggs
1 and 1/2 tza flour
1 cd vanilla essence
1 bottle of liquor
2 slices of pineapple in syrup (in small pieces)
PREPARATION:
-We start by beating the butter with the sugar until it forms a cream.
- Then we add the eggs, the liquor and the vanilla, we beat.
-We continue with the previously sifted flour to continue beating.
-Finally add the pineapple in pieces, mix very well. and we booked
Complete preparation
-First, we will not make the candy by placing a cup of sugar in a cheese cellar and placing it on the fire until the caramel is formed.
-Ready the candy remove from the fire try to spread it all over the bottom and walls of the mold and let it rest.
-It already fried the mold we covered the bottom with the pineapple that we left.
-Now we will place the cheese mixture in the mold.
-We continue with the mixture that we prepare of the cake, we will drop it in the mold where we have already added the mixture of the quesillo and without mixing we cover it and take it to the oven for a hour or so.
This will be ready when introducing a wooden stick or the tip of a knife and it comes out clean.
