Coffee Egg is a wonderful combination of tastes! The scent of egg combined with the bitter coffee like we are drinking tiramisu. The drink is served in cafes throughout Hanoi of Vietnam, and has been a staple drink since the 1950s. Let's see how to make a traditional Coffee Egg:
Ingredients:
- Coffee powder 2 teaspoons
- Two egg yolks
- Honey 10 ml
- Condensed milk 15 ml
Directions:
STEP 1
Put 2 teaspoons of coffee powder into the fin, press coffee medium, not too tight nor too loose. First pour 20ml boiling water, let about 15 seconds for coffee to infuse and then continue pour 60ml boiling water remaining. Close the lid and wait for the coffee to fall until the water runs out.
(Coat the fin through boiling water before brewing to reduce the amount of heat absorbed, so that when the brew, the coffee will receive more heat that makes the coffee more bold and aromatic.
STEP 2
Put egg yolk, 15g of condensed milk, 10g of honey into the bowl. Remember to separate the yolk, sticky white yolk as less as possible. This will make coffee less fishy and more delicious!
STEP 3
Use the machine to beat the egg mixture until the mixture is light color, pick up the whisk on the eggs flowing like ribbon is satisfactory. Pour the egg into the medium-brewed coffee.
