Four months ago I found this giant mushroom when I was walking to make some pictures, but I as really do not know mushrooms and i spent some hours searching in the internet this type before you eat it. This type is very common in Italy and easy to recognize, but there is another one very similar and toxic Lepiota cristata. I was really scared before eating!!! First I cooked the mushroon for 10 seconds in hot water, and after empaneled it with flour and eggs. The result was amazing!... the mushroom was delicious, and I kept alive! (;
Quatro meses atrás eu encontrei este cogumelo gigante quando eu estava andando para fazer algumas fotos, mas como eu realmente não conheço cogumelos e passei algumas horas pesquisando na internet este tipo antes de come-lo. Este tipo é muito comum na Itália e fácil de reconhecer, mas existe um outro muito parecido e tóxico Lepiota cristata. Eu estava realmente com medo antes de comer!!! Primeiro eu cozinhei o cogumelo por 10 segundos em água quente, e depois empanei-o com farinha e ovos. O resultado foi incrível!...o cogumelo era delicioso e eu continuei vivo! (;
