As italian, I think there's nothing better than a comfort pizza when I'm sad. Or happy. Or whatever-feeling!

Some days ago I've tried "Black pizza", aka activated charcoal pizza! The taste is the same, but it results to be way more digestible.
This is the pizza I've tried:
Margherita with Fiordilatte Mozzarella, Tuna, black olives and capers.
It was incredible, really same taste but I didn't pass the night drinking water (which is quite common for me).
It's also said that charcoal absorbs toxins and reduces cholesterol.
The charcoal is added to the dough, giving your pizza this characteristic black color.
