Very good healthy vegetarian meal, i like it.
For this good meal you will need:
500 g of young pumpkin
2 young onions
2 garlic cloves
90 g of domestic crumbs
2 eggs, slightly disfigured
0.5 tablespoons of dried oregano
60 g flour
salt and freshly ground pepper
olive oil for spreading the baking tray
For preparation it takes 55 min, for cooking 20 min.
Preparation:
Wash the flasks, clean them (do not remove the shell!) And roughly grind. Shake them in a strainer, salt with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and let stand for 30 minutes to remove excess water.
In the meantime, peel the garlic and chop it thoroughly. Young onion is cleaned, washed and finely chopped. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
The flasks of the hands are well-suited to extract as much excess liquid from them as possible. We put them in a bowl, adding other ingredients: young onions, garlic, crumbs, scrambled eggs, flour, oregano, salt and pepper. Clean the ingredients with clean hands in order to obtain a uniform mixture.
Take two low baking trays and do them with oil or cover with baking paper. From the prepared mixture, we form smaller balls, which are laid on the prepared baking trays (we can also help with a spoon). Let's take care to leave a little space between the balls, as the balls grow a little while baking. Bake balls in a heated oven for 20 minutes.
